Alzheimer’s Association

Memory Hub
The Memory Hub is a community center offering programs and resources for people with memory loss, their families, and those who support a dementia-friendly community. Operated by the UW Memory and Brain Wellness Center, the Memory Hub brings together programs, education, and community opportunities in one welcoming space.

Nolia Health supports aging adults living with chronic conditions and their care partners through care navigation and other healthcare services. Support may include resource navigation, healthcare advocacy, behavioral health support, family discussions, care transitions, long-term planning, neuropsychological testing, and therapy.
For people living with dementia, Nolia also participates in Medicare's GUIDE Model, which may provide additional support and respite benefits for those who qualify.
